got laid off with no warning. very poor engineering staff, not interested in making sales. sales managers micromanage sales funnels. arrogant product managers and engineers not interested in product feedback or improvements. engineers always look for a reason to say no to a deal instead of being creative and innovative.

Advice to Senior Management

create a sales atmosphere, not an engineering driven one. give engineers a quota for sales they work on, or a % of deals that they complete versus deals brought to them. eliminate red tape.
