Better than no job, but the personal cost and frustration is high.

IT Project Manager (Former Employee) Broomfield, CO

ProsBetter than no job; nice campus; some groups are flexible with work hours and support work/life balance...but others patrol the aisles to see who is at their desk at 4:45 to identify who is leaving early.

ConsChaos, too many layers of management, frequently heard "just shut up and color" which means keep your mouth shut and just do what you are told...even if it doesn't make sense. MANY TIMES, it doesn't make sense and is the wrong thing to do. Frequent layoffs and reorganizaitons. Heavy testerone
