Level 3 Communications – “great asset potential, heading downhill”
Pros
Great pay scale, great network assets, great facility
Cons
Inability to figure out a strategy that will increase revenue. The result is continuous change in directions, instability, layoffs, org change.
Advice to Senior Management
LEAD: Don't manage. Review pricing strategy.
