    Pros

Decent pay, not bad hours. Finance department has their "ducks in a row" more than other business units. Stock is going up, performance is improving quarter to quarter meaning increased variable compensation payouts. Cafeteria on campus isn't subsidized but makes working in Broomfield tolerable for a little bit.

    Cons

Very little opportunity available, older company culture. Early company focus was on growth and only growth, since then (with new CEO) the focus has shifted to excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a positive shift but because of the early growth the back office is a mess. None of the systems communicate with each other, there was no overall comprehensive plan for the structure and harvesting of data. This is a headache for a company who's focus has shifted to accountability and operational excellence.

    Pros

Many of the people are nice and good people just trying to do their jobs.

    Cons

Terrible place for sales people. Micro-management is excessive. They often keep you until you hit a large sale then they get rid of you and don't pay. Average life a rep is about 8-14 months. Very bad reputation on the street. Most good sales people I know won't work for them. Age discrimination is common.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the dirt bags in your sales management organization. They are the problem. Too many rotten apples. Re-examine your incentives but also the character of your sales mgmt.
It's no dignified place for a sales rep to work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
