Pros

Good pay, good benefits.
Many good people work there.
Onsite health facility.

Cons

Benefits have been cut over the last 10 years, possibly to subsidize divisions that don't produce revenue.
Management is firmly entrenched, little opportunity for career advancement, resistant to change.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give smart people more freedom to implement new strategies.
Allow employees to honestly evaluate managers to find weak points.

    Good technical support, very good training

    Cons

    Compensation is way below industry average, sales cycles are too long, no empowerment for sales people, too much micromanagement, no marketing or lead generation
