Amazing Brand

Mid-Senior Level (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

I have been working at Levi Strauss full-time for more than 5 years

ProsStrong commitment to internal opportunities.

ConsPOS system and Loss Prevention commitments for store teams. Recent loss of top retail leadership will hurt. District Managers have too many stores.

Advice to Senior ManagementInclude field, (district and store managers) prior to decisions. Leases renewals, product needs.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great Easy Going Job

Sales Associate (Former Employee)
Baltimore, MD

I worked at Levi Strauss part-time for more than a year

Pros: Get discount on clothes. A lot of downtime on weekdays. Keep up with fashion trends. Flexible schedule. Looks super good to have… Cons: What can you expect, it's retail. Some customers are lame others are great! If you want… Advice to Senior Management: Give your employees a good $200-300 extra for every season of the year specifically for Levi products. Not only does this keep your employees happy,… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
