A solid company with good people

I have been working at Lewan & Associates full-time for more than 10 years

ProsVery little micromanagement. Good people to work with. Management is approachable and willing to listen. Office politics are not a major part of the equation.

ConsCompensation could be better. Growth path for career is not as obvious as it could be.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
