Used to be a great place now, not so nice

ProsIf you live in area it's a great commute to work. Children can be great to work with.

ConsKeep raising costs of medical benefits, raising hours required to keep them. Change the rules when it suits them. Management has favorites. School districts are excluded from abiding by a lot of laws regular companies have to comply with.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more honest with your employees. You ask for employee input and then ignore it and do what you wanted to do any way.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
