Pros – Good place to work for anyone who is not interested in working hard or looking to be promoted.

Cons – ~ compensation is not competitive (very few people make plans b/c the goals are not realistic)
~ virtually no promotion opportunity
~ management are not in touch with work force
~ history tends to repeat itself (Lexis loves to reorganize ~ unfortunately, they tends to make the same mistake over and over again)
~ mid-management are very incompetent (very few managers actually knows how to manage)

Advice to Senior Management – Stop worrying about protecting your jobs and actually learn to do your jobs. LN could be a great company if its employees put the company's best interest in front of their own...
