Interesting projects and a good work environment
Cons
Limited investment in R&D will eventually lead to stagnation. Too many projects being undertaken simultaneously with no additional investment in resources.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop cutting overhead and trust your employees to deliver on top line revenue goals.
