I can't think of any unless you're in senior management and getting a big salary for doing very little.

Cons

No career advancement opportunties and incompetent leadership

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to listen to the marketplace and people working in the company who know what they're doing (as opposed to clueless people in senior positions).
