Pros – Fair opportunties and pay when things go well
Cons – Lack of strong management support. Not enough consulting staff. There is not enough concern or assistance to ensure that high quality care is provided and that there is sufficient staff provided
Advice to Senior Management – Add more skilled consulting staff. Share more information among the faciities
