Pros

Great company to work for!

Cons

Can be very glass ceiling-ish. Best to put head down and work hard here, as any other job.

    Pros

Great pay, managers that will listen to your needs/concerns, opportunities for advancement ( as long as you have a college degree), rewarded for going above and beyond

    Cons

Upper management does not always keep promises, rotations are longer than initially stated, stressful work environment and unrealistic performance expectations combined with high claim and call volume

    Advice to Management

Be realistic with your claims staff, do not set expectations and promises you cannot follow up with.
