    Pros

Generally a good place to work, very corporate in terms of measuring success with your achievments measured against peers. This is a good if your a solid worker and above

    Cons

Management can be weak and tied up with their agenda. Company is going through integration pains.

I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

You have the opportunity to make good money and lots of flexibility. You also do not have to pay overhead like other agents for other companies do.

    Cons

Sales never stops. Constantly have to resell the company when they raise rates without sending out notification to clients why rates are going up. Won't make as much as independant agents and you do not own your book of business, so when you leave you can't take it with you and are not allowed to contact the clients for 2 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help head off complaint calls by explaining rate changes to customers rather than having call after call come in. Service can then focus more on actually assisting clients rather than repeating the same thing over and over all day long.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
