Pros

Great long-term career opportunity! Ability to grow professionally and be promoted based on performance. Recognizes talent and works to develop additional skills in order to be promoted to the next level. Strong compensation and pay for performance environment. Big company with small company feel!

Cons

Home office is in Boston and some concerns with eventually having to relocate there to continue to grow.

    Time, workload, salary, benefits...pretty much everything

    Salary and Benefits, still have a pension plan
    Focus on charitable giving

    Cons

    Systems are a challenge
    There are a lot of nuances involved with administrating insurance products and representative are not given enough information to perform their jobs effectively.

    Offering a good salary and a good benefits package isn't the only thing you need to keep your employees happy.
