Great job if you can make goal on a monthly basis...

Inside Insurance Sales Representative (Current Employee) Lake Mary, FL

ProsAwesome payout on a monthly basis when goal is met. Average earnings for first year is approximately $50-$60k, and that is average.

ConsConsistently hiring individuals to take your place. If you do not meet your sales goal consistently, you are fired. Once you meet goal, greed takes over and corporate increases your monthly goal. In effort to obtain a promotion, your goal must be increased to an astronomical number. Pressure, pressure, pressure.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop handing out candy and food to show appreciation to your employees. Business meetings weekly are unnecessary for the DRC Sales department. When having hourly meetings, this cuts into the goal that must be met for the Sales Division. Poor training staff...once you are on the floor, you must learn from your associates.
