Great Internship

Product Analyst (Former Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsIt was really a great internship program, especially coming into my senior year. I met. With my manager every week to discuss my projects, and worked on projects with the other employees regularly.

ConsThis program is what you make of it. It got pretty dull at times, basically coming in and sometimes working on the same endless project for days.

I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good benefits, salary structure Convenient location - Backbay If you have a good manager, then you can be really successful. If not,… Cons: Promotions reserved for people that are "in the circle". As corporate environment, full of politics all around. Some un-experienced managers… Advice to Senior Management: Promote people that are not only smart but have experience leading teams. Don't promote people… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
