I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I started my career with LM and have been able to grow as an underwiter. I love my current management, agents, and the people I work with. Pay is decent for a new college graduate. Benefits are great and they offer a great deal of earned time off each year, approximately 21 days.

    Cons

Constant restructuring, and recent layoffs. Management changes every few months, agency assignments change quickly, pricing strategies make underwriting difficult- but reason for pricing is understandable if you are on the carrier side.
