I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Liberty Mutual Insurance is one of the few company's left offering 401k and retirement. The company listens to the employees for improvements on how to better serve customers as wells as working with employees. The pay is also above average for the area.

    Cons

It's a large company. That being said, there are rules to follow so that our customers receive the same quality service regardless of what part of the country they call.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits if you don't have to use them frequently

    Cons

Daily emergencies and overwhelming workload means you can never hope to catch up. Can barely remember a day when someone did not become overwhelmed with the amount of work and cry in the restroom. Even so, almost always forbidden to work overtime. Certainly the worst office I have worked in. Can't wait to leave.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen to the people that try to make it work rather than remind us that the door is always open
