The company invests in training, compensates fairly for the high performers, and there are always new job opportunities available because of growth.

Cons

Work life balance among the high performers is lacking, feedback on an individual's performance is sometimes lacking, lots of change currently going on at company.

    Pros

Liberty Mutual is a financially stable company and i have had good claims experiences. Their auto policies are 1 year policies so you don't see 6 month rate changes. There is no shortage of calls. You are as busy as you want to be.

    Cons

today the call centers are all about selling as fast as you can. Sales goals are set so high that you don't have time to take vacation or time to build rapport with customers and counsel based on customer needs. if you don't make goal, you don't have a job.If you voice your concerns, you better have your resume current.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

the old supervisors and old sales managers should be replaced as they only help the folks that brown nose. Sales retention should be in the fore front because earned premium is more important for the health of the company than written premium.
