I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

one of the only places where you can be an insurance agent as an employee of the company and receive company benefits

    Cons

quotas that are nearly impossible. rates that are too high. no help getting leads. agents that lie to provide better rates. boss that drank with the guys at lunch and then all would come back and try to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

provide leads. provide a better rating system for divorced people with good driving records. implement a checks and balance system to keep agents from cheating on the rates.
