    Pros

If you're able to meet the qualifications, the vacations are nice

    Cons

No pay or bonus for customer service, backcharged commissions when a policy lapses, poor communication from corporate, too many idiots are hired (anyone with a pulse).

    Advice to Management

Pay your agents for taking care of clients! I once spent most of my week taking care of (formerly) neglected /dissatisfied clients. I helped them a great deal and was paid $0 for it. Also, paid $0 for processing claims. It's a sales-oriented scheme that doesn't care at all about the customer or the guy at the bottom (see the 80% turnover rate). Quit "recruiting" and start hiring decent people. Then pay them accordingly.
