Pros

Travel benefits. Coworkers were great. Working in the travel industry can be fun. Was a family atmosphere at one time.

Cons

Pay was low. Outsiders often brought in to lead rather than promote from within. No employee development at all for HQ workers.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to bring out the best in your employees rather than focusing on what they are not doing well. Management by criticism stifles creativity.
