I worked at Liberty University part-time

Pros

Understandable management, friendly employees, caring students, a well defined job description that was followed, flexible hours, great location, several perks

Cons

Not for everyone which isn't terrible. You just have to know the Liberty Way and completely understand what is expected of you as a professional representing the university.

I worked at Liberty University part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The place where I worked was awesome, to meet so many different people it was great!

    Cons

The long hours, people doing their own stuff. Not working as a team.

I worked at Liberty University part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Well, they'll probably hire you, so that's a plus. After 6 months full time work, you'll qualify for free tuition (as will a spouse or children). There's a wide variety of jobs available, but their call centers have the most hires.

I was a student worker, and those positions offer the same hours and pay as any other school. I loved my co-workers and immediate management, though upper management could get tiresome.

    Cons

In recent years, the focus has shifted to bringing in as many students as possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Charging your own employees $450 a year to park is absurd.
