    Liked helping people with developmental disabilities

    Cons

    bad management, low pay, bad on residents rights, if they do something conceived as wrong they take their soda or coffe away

    I have been working at Life-Skills

    Pros

    being able to assist the individuals with their daily living skills
    co-workers on my shift are great, we help each other out in order to complete all tasks on time.
    the company has a great benefits package which includes health, dental and vision. You start off with 1 week paid vacation and beginning of 2nd year you have 2 weeks and after 3 years you accumulate 4 weeks paid vacation.
