ProsIt's a large, global company, so there's good networking opportunities.

ConsTerrible health benefits package. As previous reviewers have said, they are constantly changing our "goals", "directions", "initiatives"... Frequent re-orgs, our benefits packages have changed significantly three out of the four years I've worked here.
