“I was part of a family at LTF.”
Former Employee – worked at Life Time Fitness full-time for less than a year
Pros – Working at Life Time was a great experience. Even in down times with sales slumping the atmosphere stayed competitive and friendly. Management was always around to help and answer questions and one never felt separated from the group. Great working environment. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons – High stress in sales with long hours, sometimes the job just couldn't get done in terms of quotas.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
