I have been working at Life Time Fitness part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The access you get to the clubs is great, and some of the co-workers and members are fantastic!

    Cons

Low pay -- $8.00 - $10.00/hour -- a lot of work expected (which isn't bad, but often short staffed). Departments often have low budgets so they cannot give you all the materials or staff needed. Too much training -- required to watch many videos which could be shortened.

I worked at Life Time Fitness full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay. Fun environment. Decent benefits. Would give it 2.5 stars. Need twenty words, so will keep on typing. Kinda like this.

    Cons

Very long hours. Loooonnnng Hrs. Work with mostly meat-heads. No acknowledgment of job well done. Limited opportunities for growth unless you're in inner circle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ya’ll seem to want to differentiate you’re selves from other gyms which I think is a good thing. You might wanna try this. js
