I worked at Life Time Fitness full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company really does have a great mission, which is to provide people with the tools to lead healthier lives.
They do provide some leads to their sales staff, and it is nice to have a free membership

Cons

High sales expectations, combined with a large sales staff in each club makes it difficult to make a lot of money
Also career advancement can be difficult, because like many companies, there are a lot of the sales staff who are looking to move up into very few positions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce the sales staff in each club, it will lead to less competition and could actually increase membership sales.
