Pros

They have ready and immediate openings for jobs, so opportunities are there. The club is also very clean.

Cons

Low salary for entry level workers, despite the standard rate of living in the surrounding area.

There is no advice I could give. The management is amazing.

    The team atmosphere coupled with simplified training and the job learning, Lifetime Fitness provides employees with a quality environment and access to facilities at zero cost.

    Cons

    Working as a member service's team member, the responsibilities are endless and lack direction for prioritization. Issues usually arise in the form of receiving phone calls, speaking in person with members, and ensuring that all procedures are properly executed, at the same time.

    Ensure that priorities are clearly outlined for team members to all employees the opportunity to provide the best customer service possible.
