Pros

Although LifeLock's benefits and pay structure have become less competitive than they were when the company was in its infancy, they are still better than typical. Work-Life balance is very positive. LifeLock is a positive place to work because its services are making a real difference for consumers and actually chipping away at the universe of identity fraud- thus reducing business and consumer costs in the long-term.

Cons

Work environment is a bit noisy and distracting (even at corp, not just call center), however efforts to improve this seen to be progressing. Some mid-level managers (and some VP's) are not true people-leaders therefore they shouldn't be in leadership positions; but senior management (including CEO) are top notch.

Advice to Management

The company would benefit from re-organizing/re-structuring some of it's mid-level managers who aren't good communicators or leaders to positions where they can contribute in their style. Some of them have had their roles outgrow them, yet are still in the same roles trying to lead people they never speak to and are more qualified than they are. Company would also benefit from investing more in additional staff members in the business units that are stretched thin and under-staffed.

    Pros

Rapid company growth yields personal development and stretch assignments. The ability to make a difference is present at all levels of the organization. The company places significant value on employee satisfaction with a strong benefits package and flexible leave options. I've also never encountered a more generous 401K matching policy.

    Cons

As with many young companies, there are some growing pains as the company evolves from start-up to a more scalable organization.

    Pros

Variety of schedules and a good product. The people in all are great to work with and have a desire to help.

    Cons

Directors give poor direction and don't lead. They either don't understand or can't communicate company initiatives down the pipeline. VP level and up have a good vision......Managers and agents are good at implimenting andproducing.....Directors just screw it all up by playing favorites and when giving feedback there is no specifics. They focus on generalities because they don't know how to improve and grow the company.

    Advice to Management

Get new Directors. The talk the talk but are far from walking the walk. Favoritism is rampit. The force people who don't want jobs to move into promotions because they perform and are related to a VP and refuse to promote or even interview people who are driven and want to move up.
