I have been working at Liferay
Pros – The management actually cares and does not just want to make huge profits. The company encourages volunteer and charity work by giving some time off to participate in charitable projects. Also part of the companies profits go to it's charitable foundation. The dress code at the office if very loose and it's not uncommon to see people in shorts, t-shirt and flip flops.
Cons – The only downside I can think of is if you are not religious it might feel awkward to hear people speaking about the bible and we are currently on church property but that is soon changing.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
