The Good Life Happens Here?!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Columbus, OH

I worked at Lifestyle Communities

Pros-Company has solid reputation in Columbus
-Free employee tickets to some events at the LC Pavilion
-Most positions can wear jeans to work
-Friendly employees, for the most part

Cons-Rules constantly change. What is enforced today may be completely changed tomorrow.
-Lots of turnover and frequent layoffs
-Too many chiefs, not enough Indians
-Young, unexperienced and unprofessional management.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave some respect for the people that work for you. Using the "F" word at company meetings only makes you look unprofessional, not "cool".

Pros: Was a growing company before the building crash. Cons: Private company and is run like a monarchy. Advice to Senior Management: Have respect for the people who built your company. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
