Solid, stable company to work for

Territory Manager (Current Employee) Greensboro, NC

ProsGreat Employee Stock Ownership Program for retirement, Company contributes 100% of stock. Company continues to grow through acquisitions. Lifetouch is a company with heart, organizes mission trips through World Servants, provides smile safe cards to grade school kids, is a partner with the center for missing and exploited children.

ConsBecause it is an ESOP company, benefits and perks are very small as the company watches the bottom line closely to keep profits going into ESOP. Various divisions in Lifetouch communicate very little.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Just like any other corporate company

    Photographer/Sales Associate (Current Employee)

I have been working at Lifetouch part-time for more than a year

Pros: The managers and employees are cool. Cons: - You either get close to no hours or too many hours. -They severely underhire during Christmas season and have no shame of begging you to… Advice to Senior Management: Actually hire an adequate amount of people during Christmas season. Actually appreciate your good employees and pay them better. If you can afford to pay… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

    (Current Employee) Minneapolis, MN

I have been working at Lifetouch for more than 8 years

Pros: If you're just working for spending money and you have a spouse… Cons: The pay is horrible, you have to work sick because not only do you not get sick pay you get points if you're out sick.… Advice to Senior Management: No point in it. They don't seem to listen. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
