Pros

Limitedbrands pays very well. Most of the people I worked with were excellent and I count many as close friends.

Cons

Senior Leadership brought in to the technology area in the last 5 years were some of the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. They repeated ignored highly experienced analysts and managers in favor of consultants they brought in and then blamed the legacy teams for trying to derail their projects. Then they were surprised when the business rejected their changes and when processes failed to support the business.

Advice to Senior Management

The consulting model is a good theory but must be modified for internal staff
