Pros

The compensation is competitive with other companies of similar positions. The experience and knowledge was a great growth opportunity for me. The atmosphere is very trendy and the name that comes working with the best brands in the business.

Cons

The demands are high and deadlines are strict. There is a lot of interaction between brands and functions that can be frustrating if information needed from the other brands are busy. It can be frustrating is management does not listen to lower associates trying to provide feedback that can help the team be more efficient.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more in line with the workers and the goals and missions being communicated. Senior Management needs to have a little more humility and listen to lower level associates.
