Extremely unstable. Very frequent layoffs and firings. Coersive, cult-like, culture. Often oppressive. Behavior varies from too many meetings, where senior management want rock star adoration, to meddling in personal choices of philanthropy. United Way drive, you know they're watching... Confuse leadership with conformity. Reward ruthless behavior.
Reviews are too easily influenced by unrelated parties.
