No direction in company and management does not care about it's employees

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Hartford, CT

ProsThe ability to change a student's life and give them direction towards a rewarding career in their future. Watching students graduate and be excited about where they are going.

ConsExpenses were not paid on time.
Upper management was unable to solve the issue for over 6 weeks.
No consistent direction for how job was to be performed
Management did not work with team to direct and assist in completing job duties
Treat everyone like a paycheck.
No concern for employees and their needs only care about the needs of the company. Three people were fired during my 2 month stay with the company for bogus reasons just because they needed to meet a quota.
No funds for marketing materials to be competitive with other schools.

Advice to Senior ManagementCorporate should take a serious look at the local campus levels and not just in terms of how many leads they are getting. Local management should set up weekly meetings with new hires and spend time in the field supporting them. In addition, you should really consider how you treat your future employees when you tell them you are going to do something you should really hold to your word.
