Very helpful managers to get you training and exposure to new technologies and project work.
Recognizance for years of service like 5 years, 10 years, etc.

ConsCertain admin tasks take long time to complete due to lengthy process involved.
Need to keep technology up to date rather than waiting too long to upgrade legacy systems.
