Lincoln Property – “This job is "just" good enough.”
Pros
Oppurtunity to show individual skills and and excel at a sales position
Cons
Sometimes I feel like my sales experience keeps me from moving up. They move me to regions that are struggling so I can help get the numbers up, and I cant get upper level management.
Advice to Senior Management
We need more information on how we can move up.
