Pros – highly rewarding job when you see improvements in clients
fairly stress-free environment at the beginning
positive management
autonomy respected
Cons – very early hours
sometimes treated subpar to meet client's needs
unnecessary alliances formed in work environment trumps several positive aspects
-alliances promote high school behavior like gossip and in/out groups, effectively destroying workplace solidarity
Advice to Senior Management – ensure all members of the workplace are treated with equal respect
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
