Current Employee – been working at Linedata full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – - worker bees are consistently intelligent and good to work with
- good working relationships with clients
- good to grow your career via skills and projects, not titles

Cons – - management is not strategic, too reactionary
- clients want us to do more for them, but management can't figure out how to capitalize on that (usually due to resource constraints)
- promotions are non-existent
- management rewards those that continuously create fires and put them out, instead of those that prevent them from occuring
