    Pros

Everyone seems to have genuine respect for each other. There's no egos here. Senior management and entry level employees are treated the same.

    Cons

Management is deeply entrenched. The only way to get promoted to management is if someone leaves. If you're interested in growing your career by acquiring new skills, that's easier. The company is supportive of people moving between departments. For example, someone from QA can move to Development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Career development is one area that can be improved to help retain the most valued employees.

    I worked at Linedata

    Pros

Linedata's salary was slightly above market average and they offered good benefits for employees. Management tried to keep employees happy

    Cons

There was a lot of overtime required and with minimal bonuses and pay raises gave employees little incentive to continue in that capacity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Foster growth with employees and recognize employee's potential and personal interests. Keep employees engaged and solicit their opinions when making higher level decisions
