“It has been a life changing experience both personally and professionally”
Current Employee – been working at LinkedIn
Pros – Great respect for each other; company truly lives by its core values; we really do change the lives of millions of professionals around the globe - very rewarding to work for a company that has such dramatic impact on peoples lives
Cons – No downsides as I see it although hypergrowth means we are all running at a 100 miles an hour and its important to make sure everyone is running at the same pace
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing - simply an amazing place to work !
