I worked at LinkedIn full-time for more than a year

Pros – Start up feeling! . Targets are achievable and you get paid a good bonus. Massive room for advancement of career.

Cons – Still lack of structure in some areas; this based on most process still not developed.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up
