I worked at LinkedIn full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Lots of talented people, working on something worthwhile, some great technology. One of the most important companies in Silicon Valley. Has gotten better at decision making over the years.

Cons

Slower moving than many of their peers, more bureaucratic than they need to be, often not pushing the envelope in terms of product. Sometimes implementing too many copycat features.

Many senior management are from Yahoo, and they bring the Yahoo politics to Linkedin

diversified management! So, we can stop the old politics from Yahoo. Or at least hiring people that like each other.
