I worked at LinkedIn full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free Food. Mostly very nice people.

    Cons

Super political. Not about being good, but how much you suck up or fake it. Not a good place for sales people. Maybe for 1-2 years to get some experience and then go where you will not have to listen to BS.

    Advice to Management

If less than 1 percent make it to Club, then management should take responsibility. Stop trying "to sell" your employees the "open and honest" culture, when no one wants to hear about what is not working. Again if nobody hits their targets, then something is wrong.

    Cons

    - Bad management - Racism - Some male managers are so inappropriate with female stafmembers, its all condoned by management

    Advice to Management

Go get education on how to manage people.
