Pros

free food, gym, flexibility- growing fast-innovator products

Cons

targets in sales not adapted to the territory. Management too much focus on figures but some territories involve much education for free. Figures don't reflect the work done- emerging markets and mature markets shouldn't be considered as the same

Advice to Management

Look more at the global picture. If nobody in a same team reach his targets perhaps smethink needs to be changed or considered. Europe is not ONE single country. The specifities have to be taken more in consideration. The US are not the world and UK is not Europe.

    Pros

Free food, good perks packages overall, nice opportunity to growth but not in all departments.

    Cons

All the decision are made in Mountain View HQ, all the other offices are still service offices for the majority of the role and departments, aggregation of great talents without a real company mind. Most of the team are working on their own without infra team collaborations.

    Advice to Management

Start to care about the whole pictures of problems, spend time to understand where employees are spending the most of their time, verify if there is room for improvements, ask them if they are happy with that role, ask them where they would like to grow. Improve controls of productivity of managers instead of focusing only on low level employees.
