Linksys – “Linksys is a sinking ship plagued by false leadership.”

The issue at hand is that Linksys-Cisco is the only one loosing out. Great employees are few and far between. Pencil-pushers, like yourself, are a dime a dozen. We - these GREAT Managers can look over and see what is going on. We do not appreciate being stuck out in the "bull pit", amongst the endless chitter chatter, within ear shot of the fart jokes. We would like to have some quiet time to focus and, perhaps, some actual work done. Linkys IS a great company. They have excellent benefits and the free stuff is cool but it is too bad that Sr Management has not yet address the issue of even the Accounting Manager because they would be in a much better place then they are now. We the previous "GREAT ONES" are saddened when we make the decision to move on because we realize, within a short while, that there is no room for promotion, and unless you are someone's "friend" or you are willing to play the games(playing dumber than your boss to please her ego), there no place to go but onward. Hence the 21 person revolving door, in a 6 month period, to fill a perfectly wonderful position - at least on paper.
