I worked at Lionbridge part-time for more than a year

Pros

The rate of pay was competitive.
They schedule flexibility is excellent. What other job offers you the ability to break your shift into minutes at a time to be spread out however and whenever you want as long as the minimum requirement is met?

Cons

The biggest con is the net 30 day pay schedule. That can be a bit of a struggle in the beginning working a fulll month and not receiving a check well into the following month.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice if paydays were at least twice a month.

I worked at Lionbridge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Nice facility
    Good people to work with
    Steady work

    Cons

Pay is horrible and not up to industry standards. They want people at the lowest rate possible. Don't ever think about getting an increase.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your clients top talent and be willing to pay for it.

I have been working at Lionbridge part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Somewhat flexible hours make this a job that can supplement a full-time job if you don't need to make much money.

    Cons

Poor pay to begin with and asked to "donate" lots of time for training, resolving tasks, taking webinars, etc. that you aren't paid for doing. Lots of times, jobs aren't available when you have time available to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to pay your employees for on the job training. Most employers don't expect current employees to donate time to improve there job skills. The internet and your business continue to evolve so you should be willing to pay employees to keep their skills current. This is particularly true since you don't ever increase wages and offer no benefits.
